WEB Theme Park Entrance Lockers at Universal Orlando

Changes Coming for Guests

New Policy to Take Effect Soon

Universal Orlando Resort is making changes to its entrance locker policy at both Universal Studios Florida and Universal's Islands of Adventure. Beginning in early 2023, guests will no longer be able to bring loose items into the parks. Instead, all guests will be required to rent a locker at the entrance of each park to store their belongings. The new policy is designed to improve security and reduce wait times at the entrance gates.

The new locker policy will apply to all guests, regardless of age or disability. Guests will be able to rent a small locker for $5 or a large locker for $10. The lockers are located near the entrance gates of each park and can be rented for the entire day. Guests will be able to use their locker rental receipt to re-enter the park if they need to retrieve their belongings.

Universal Orlando Resort officials say the new locker policy is necessary to improve security and reduce wait times at the entrance gates. The policy is similar to those in place at other theme parks around the world. Universal Orlando Resort is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
